Click on the various links directly above, for more pictures and explanations after you read this lengthy Home Page which has photos and words of explanation for different aspects about "Silverton Gold L.L.C." To read about the gold mining project only, scroll way down towards the bottom of this home page,THREE views FROM The Goldfinch......I have listed The Goldfinch, as well as The Senator Hanna 62 acre Gold Group, with Paula Marlatt of Sneffels Realty in Ridgway (MLS #s 67213 and 671963).........................................
In the MLS for Silverton, Colorado, you will see that there are businesses in Silverton for 1/10 to 1/2 the price I am asking for The Goldfinch or The Senator Hanna Gold Property. These businesses have value because they have "cash flow" as businesses. You will also see several undeveloped land listings. Many of these are also 1/20 to 1/10 of what I am asking for my properties. My properties are building sites AND they are ALSO located on past or potential gold and/or silver mines and deposites. All of these prices are listed in terms of "U.S. Federal Reserve Notes." In the not too distant future I believe these "notes" will lose much of their value, to be replaced with very high values/prices of gold and silver. THAT is the one reason my prices seem so high. The other reason is RARITY of beautiful, undisturbed places to live, primarily in summer. These businesses in Silverton are probably good businesses but they do not have a gold or silver mine on property. The Goldfinch is 10.33 acres of private land, surrounded by thousands of acres of Public Land, a 15 minute drive to Silverton and a Silver Mine on property. I own it and I am asking $7,789,000 cash OR a good offer that I accept..........................................................................................................................
One very dramatic example in history of extreme devaluation of currency, and the resulting hyperinflation, is the situation in Germany almost 20 years before World War II. In 1921 it cost 184 Deutschmarks (the German dollar) to buy one U.S. dollar. In 1922, a year later, it cost 7,350 Deutschmarks to purchase one U.S. dollar. In November of 1923 it cost 4,200,000,000,000 Deutschmarks to buy ONE U.S. dollar (I counted my zeros very carefully when I typed this figure-U.S. dollars, which are also known as "U.S. Federal Reserve Notes"). The price of silver in Germany on November 30, 1923, for ONE OUNCE of that precious metal was 543,750,000,000 Deutschmarks. The price on the same day for one ounce of gold was 87,000,000,000,000 Deutschmarks. Conditions were severe and unique in Germany at this time but this is what CAN happen.
Perhaps, at this time, almost 20 years before World War II, this is one reason why many Germans became increasingly unhappy with "Bankers," their "friends," businesses and individuals who readily received money and/or loans, within their communities, and cities , as long as these "friends," at whatever level of society, had that "same special view of the World" as the bankers themselves, albeit with different sized pocketbooks to revert to, still all, all of them had the same "religious" and/or "cultural" zeal of their common World View, plenty of money and LOVE of money for them, but penury, socialism and communism for the rest of Germany. A wise, dear, older friend of mine, Geoerge F. Kennan, once quoted the French proverb to me, "Leo, the more things change, the more they stay the same" (Plus ca change, plus c'est la meme chose). Zu verstehen?

Four views ON The Goldfinch one morning while I was having my coffee...............

A Steller Jay, eating a morning peanut..............The Mascot of The Goldfinch..........

I own several patented mining claims. The one that I describe below in detail is named "The Goldfinch." (For information about investing in my Gold Mining Project, scroll to the bottom of this home page.) It is located between Telluride, Silverton and Ouray, Colorado. It is a 15 minute drive to Silverton, an hour drive to Durango, about a little over an hour drive to Telluride and a 40 minute drive to Ouray in the summertime. It is a half hour drive to Shaun White's Secret Training Place, window to "Project X," Sublime Snowboard Fantasia! There are State, County, and Federal roads that go to within a hundred and fifty feet of actually being on the property, which is 10.33 acres. I applied for a driveway permit from the Forest Service to cross Federal Government land to build about a 400 foot driveway across a gentle slope to reach my property and proposed building site. The permit was granted and the driveway was completed August 4th, 2009. A picture of the driveway is below. In October, 2010,The U.S. Forest Service installed a nice, brand new gate a quarter of a mile from my driveway. I have a lock and the Forest Service has a lock with a gated system that allows the opening of either lock to enter. The only entities with motorized access to the entire area around The Goldfinch now are myself or another owner of The Goldfinch, The U.S. Forest Service and San Miguel Power to maintain the power line running parallel to The Goldfinch. For decades into the future, whoever lives at 789 Goldfinch Mine Road will be 15 minutes from Silverton and will have no drive by traffic; No ATV's, no dirt bikes, no jeeps...........The price is $7,789,000, which is 1/2 of what I think it is worth. A 30 second commercial on the 2012 Superbowl is/was $3,500,000. (The Mineral Survey number is 18947. The Patent number is 147789. The atomic number for Iridium is 77, for Platinum the atomic number is 78 and for Gold the atomic number is 79. Therefore I have the "7789"as my price and in the address of The Goldfinch, "789 Goldfinch Mine Road." (The original deed to The Goldfinch was granted on September 6, 1910 by the then President of The United States, William H. Taft.) It will stay at this price until someone makes me an offer I accept.

Most of the money from the eventual sale of The Goldfinch will be invested in Four Projects; One, a Catholic-Protestant-Christian Retreat Center in Silverton, which will also serve as a "Base Camp" for Adolescent Youth Programs, summer and winter. Two, construction of some vacation rentals in Silverton. Three, construction of a road to where the high grade gold and silver is on my Senator Hanna mining claim group. These claims are 1/4 mile from The American Tunnel, from which was mined several hundred thousand ounces of gold and silver in the past. Four, begin an engineering study and apply for an easement across Federal Land to extend the County Road onto the Sal Custer, near the top of Mount Kendall, or, most likely, to tunnel from the backside of Kendall. This to be done with the final goal of co-venturing with others to put a cog train to the top of Mount Kendall for summer and for winter skiing. I am sure there is enough gold in The Sal Custer to pay for the Train with a profit after that!
The Goldfinch is priced much higher than the other mining claims for sale around Silverton for the following reasons; It is secluded and yet it is a 15 minute
drive to Silverton for medical attention, schools and social life. It has a private drive onto a building site/pad at the end of a Federal Road, a private "cul de sac" in the forest in what is now "A Wilderness Gated Community of One with Forest Plant life and Wildlife." NONE of the other claims are situated like this. In the future, as now, there is virtually no traffic near the property. In the future there will be no neighbors because the property is surrounded by National Forest. It has plenty of water on and around the property. Most other claims do not have any water or the water is hard to access. The Goldfinch has had a water well permit from the State of Colorado Water Engineer for the last four years. The Goldfinch has a view, right below the property, of what are becoming the famous and rare Iron Fens, near which and into the Forest, I took daily walks the summer of 2010. It has a power line right next to the property. The Goldfinch has an "improvement permit" from the County, which turns into a "building permit" when the owner starts to build. It has an avalanche study, performed by Arthur Mears, a World renowned expert, which shows the various sites where a house/cabin can be built safely. NONE of the other properties for sale in the Silverton area have all of these "elements, nor profile." Therefore, I have priced it above the rest. It is priced about one million dollars more than the World's most valuable postage stamp (explained below).....................................................................
Also, click on the various links above, for more pictures and explanations at the very top of this Home Page.............................................................................................

The Global Positioning System(GPS) coordinates for exiting Highway 550 onto The Federal Road are: 3751'26.70"-10743'28.49" (These are the longitude and latitude coordinates according to "Google Earth." However, you must enter the coordinates in the format "Google Earth" describes.) That exit from the highway is pictured below. Red Mountain Pass is off in the distance, top, center of this picture.

The GPS coordinates for the new gate, which is not pictured, are 3751'54.61"-10743'37.39" ("Google Earth," same info as above).
The GPS coordinates for the driveway onto The Goldfinch are 3752'01.81"-10743'35.89" ("Google Earth," same info as above).
Two pictures of the driveway entrance off The Federal Road are below.
The view below is looking UP the new driveway where it leaves The Federal Road........

The view below is of the new driveway looking DOWN to where the driveway leaves The Federal Road below..........

I have secured a household use water well permit from the Colorado State Water Engineer to drill for water and install a well. There are several natural water springs on and immediately around and off the property. The Goldfinch is what is commonly called an in-holding, that is it is surrounded by thousands of acres of U.S. Forest Service land. It is the only private, easily accessible and yet secluded land in the area. It is basically a wilderness cul de sac, as it is the only private property down the final section of a Federal Road.
The Goldfinch is an extremely rare and beautiful patented mining claim. A patented mining claim is the best title to land that one can hold in the United States of America. The original deed to the original owner comes directly from the Executive Branch of The U.S. Government. The original deed grants ownership to all surface, timber, water, and mineral rights and rights to whatever else in under the surface of the land to the center of The Earth.
The Goldfinch has many deer that inhabit the land and places one can see where they sleep at night and the summer of 2010 I saw deer several times walking the property. It has many different kinds of birds which can be heard singing all day. From where I propose to build a cabin/house one can hear water gushing out of a mine tunnel just below The Goldfinch from an underground spring on or close to the property. This water runs year round. I have received the permits from San Juan County to proceed with my plans to build a 999 square foot stone house, which plans could be amended, I am sure, if a buyer wanted to build a bigger or a different design of house. Below is a picture of the cleared building site........

Below are two pictures I took of my camper on The Goldfinch from a jeep road on the other side of Highway 550, 2,500 vertical feet above The Goldfinch.............The first photo shows the actual distance, seeing a small white spot for the camper. The photo below that one is with the zoom effect so you can see the camper clearly................................................................................................................................

A view from The Goldfinch of The Iron Fens below, a five minute walk to the ponds....................................................................................................

About 5 of the acres of The Goldfinch are full of dense trees, as can be seen in the photographs within this website, indicating, generally, that those areas are out of snow slide/avalanche danger. Where I propose to build the house is in one of those heavily forested areas. The winter of 2007-2008 was the heaviest snowfall winter in decades and it only took down some very few, very small trees on The Goldfinch 200 feet from my proposed building site. There is another area of very, thick, old trees which the winter referred to above did not affect at all and apparently has not affected that area for hundreds of years.
There is an area in the middle of the claim with not many trees. Every winter there are ski tracks down through the middle of The Goldfinch where there are only a few trees but it appears to be great skiing. The skiers land up above the claim by helicopter from where the skiers stay in Telluride, or they go 'cross country skiing up through the trees and then ski down through the middle of The Goldfinch. They all then ski across the ponds, which, of course are covered with ice and snow in the winter, to leave by vehicles parked in a large parking area off of State Highway 550, which is kept plowed and clear during the winter. I shot the winter photos below of ski tracks through The Goldfinch made by "Heli Skiers" and "Telemarkers." The ski tracks and scenes "on the flat" were of The Iron Fens. Check out www.SilvertonMountain.com and their new Heli Skiing (Helicopter to the tops of mountains and ski/board down).
The picture directly below is a close up of the middle of The Goldfinch where there are few trees..........The picture below this one is the same area but a picture taken farther away............The picture below that picture is the same area but a picture taken even farther away, taken from the highway where I parked my truck.........

All the photos above are 5 minutes from The Goldfinch, walking, skiing or boarding.........
These ponds have been researched in recent years by scientists and they have concluded that these ponds are rare and very old iron fens. The fens were probably created thousands of years ago but the ponds were originally created by beavers in recent decades and centuries. These iron fens are fed mostly by the high iron content in the spring water coming out of the Ferrous Mine tunnel I refer to above. The water has been pouring out since a miner, probably sometime in the 1930s through the 1950s, struck the under-ground spring while he was tunneling for silver and gold. It pours out water continuously that is very high in iron content and goes right down into the ponds year round, thus, I believe significantly proliferating the mass and density of those iron fens in recent decades. Two photos of the Iron Fens, as seen from my building site, are below........

In winter, the owner could ski or snowmobile from the highway snow plowed parking area and have their own private ski slope, with a warm home/cabin, a fire in the fireplace, to come to at the end of the day! I am asking far more than other properties in the area because I think The Goldfinch is extremely rare and has a great deal to recommend it for generations to come for the family who purchases the property. For these reasons described above, the chief reason being rarity, I believe The Goldfinch is WORTH $15,578,000. My asking price is 1/2 of that, or $7,789,000. An oil painting (pictured below), Le bassin aux nymphas, sold slightly over two years ago (2008) for $80,451,178..................................................................

The two photographs below sold this year (2011) at auction................A PHOTOGRAPH of what I call "the orange girl" (photographer, Cindy Sherman "untitled # 96") sold for 3.9 million in May, 2011.

And the second PHOTOGRAPH, taken by Andreas Gursky, sold in November, 2011 for 4.3 million, displayed below, a photo titled "Rhine Two"..................

The amount of money paid for EACH photograph is about 1/2 of what I am asking for 10.33 acres of RARE land surrounded by U.S. National Forest and only a 15 minutes drive to town!
I took the two photos below of the Iron Fens standing on The Goldfinch...........What is the value of something, anything??? A painting, a photo, a property, a postage stamp??? I submit that RARITY is of the essence.................I took all of the other photos, above this and below this, of The Goldfinch that are displayed here on this website......................................

Two photos I took of The Iron Fens from standing on The Goldfinch............................

An 1855 Swedish postage stamp (the "3 Skilling Banco yellow") sold in 1996 for $2,270,00. The stamp was sold at auction in Switzerland this past May 22, 2010 for "at least $2.3 million," the exact amount is "sworn to secrecy." It sold, most likely for slightly less than 1/3 of what I am asking for The Goldfinch..................

The link titled "Kendall Mountain-The Sal Custer-Pictures 13,14,15 & 16" of this website has pictures and text concerning the "Sal Custer" patented mining claim. You can drive to within 500 feet of the Sal Custer from Silverton, Colorado, in a Jeep or similar 4 wheel drive vehicle. The claim is 10.33 acres, of which 5 acres could be leveled for a Hotel and Train Station. When you reach the end of the road leading almost to the top of Kendall Mountain, you can see the Sal Custer about 500 feet directly beyond at about 13,000 feet in elevation. I own this claim also and will sell the entire claim for $1,389,000. That is what a 12 second commercial on the 2012 Superbowl cost. From the claim you can see about a 300 degree view for hundreds of miles, including directly below one can see the city of Silverton and the World Famous Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge train. I have realized recently that the best way to reach my property, once the road reaches the top, is to tunnel from the backside of the Mountain, through the Mountain onto The Sal Custer. This is a ten to twenty year project but it would be worth it!
I think the Sal Custer could be developed, reachable by road, with a small Hotel and Restaurant to be constructed, near the top of Kendall Mountain, on the property, as well as a viewing area for day visitors. An engineered "electrical storm prevention system" would also be constructed. The existing County Road would be widened to accommodate foot and road traffic on one side of the road,as well as a European style "cog train" going all the way up the county road from Silverton on the other side of the road. Refer to the following website to learn of the various types of Rack and Cog Trains and the many trains that currently exist throughout the World: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rack_railway. What a ride that would be! What a view it would be at the end of the ride! There is good technology now to lay two hoses from Silverton to the Hotel at the top, one hose carrying "fresh" water up the road and the other hose carrying "dirty" water down the road. Widening the road, laying the track, building the Hotel and all would employ many people in Silverton and from the outside. When the Train and Hotel were both open and operational it would provide year' round employment for many people in Silverton. The best organization to fund and develop the project would be the Durango-Silverton Train Company. However, another organization may be interested, as well. I believe there is very good gold and precious metals content within the ore of the claim, also. A purchaser of this property could even simply extend the road and design and construct a Showcase or Trophy Home!
The photo below is one stunning, scenic example of what has already been accomplished in Europe.........From this village below, Kleine Scheidegg, up to The Jungfraujoch is what I envision for my property above Silverton, Colorado. This part of the train in Switzerland is called the Jungfraujoch Railway.............................................................

The photo above is one of the stops along the way of the longest continuous rack railway in the World. The scene above is the Hotel and various buildings at the Kleine Scheidegg Pass, Switzerland. From here the train goes to Jungfraujoch, the highest railway station in Europe (about 11,388 ft.-My property is only about 1,000 ft. higher.). That high altitude train station is situated between the two mountain peaks to the right in the photo below. The names of the three mountain peaks in the photo are the Eiger, the Monch and the Jungfrau.........Refer to my link on this website titled "Photos of Kleine Scheidegg Hotel and Train Station." If you look at those photos, taken by my friend in March 2010 on a ski trip, and compare them to the photo above, you will see where everything is; the hotel, the restaurant, the train station, the "teepees."

The photo below is The Pikes Peak Train at it's highest point, the top of Pike's Peak (14,110 feet, the highest cog train stop in the U.S.). My property is about 1,000 feet below that elevation!

The Kulm Hotel Gornergrat is another great Swiss example of an Alpine Train, Hotel and Restaurant..........My friend took the picture below March 2010..........Google "3100 Kulm Hotel Gornergrat Youtube" for a video of this unique Train-Hotel-Restaurant, apparently used in a James Bond movie of the past..................The train station below made of stone......................................................................................
The two photos directly below are of "the Sal Custer," my property, at the top of Mount Kendall.

The two photos below are two different angles of the bottom half (about 5 acres)of The Sal Custer which part is almost flat. I indicate with dark lines theFuture Site of The Proposed Hotel/Train Station.

Directly above is a long shot of the bottom half of the Sal Custer, the proposed location for a Train Station/Hotel/Trophy home......Directly below is a more close up view of the same area, showing it to be more level than the top half of the property. The two patented claims above me are too high and the owners will not sell. The few properties below me do not have the view of the World like my property......

Below is a long shot photo of where the proposed Road/Train track would be extended.............
My great grandparents came to Durango from Scotland over a hundred years ago. I am the first male on my fathers side of the family going back to the caves of Scotland who was not either a miner or in the mining business. I was born in Durango and rode with my father in the early 1950s when he worked on the Train from Durango to Silverton. It was basically a mining industry train then, not a tourist train. It hauled gold and silver ore down to Durango where it was milled and brought supplies back up to the miners and the community. I rode in the caboose sometimes. I also remember some of the movies they made in the area at that time, including a memory of meeting Jimmie Stewart when I was 4 or 5. Marilyn Monroe and Clark Gable also made movies at that time in and near Silverton. That area has always been, and still is, a magical place for me and many more people in increasing numbers. Now, the Durango, Silverton, Lake City, Telluride, Ouray and Ridgeway territory is a major tourist area and second, third and fourth home getaway place for recreation and relaxation for others.....
In the mid 1950s my father found some rich uranium deposits, staked unpatented mining claims and basically, using all his life experience, he went from rags to riches. He moved our family to Glenwood Springs where he had offices for his mining company. That is where I grew up, graduating from Glenwood Springs High School in 1965, but also attending Colorado Rocky Mountain School, the first child of The Putney School in Vermont, for 1 1/2 years and 1 summer. My father developed and promoted the richest body of uranium ever located in North America. It was/is commonly called "The Louise Mine." "The Mi Vida Mine" was/is more famous.
Unfortunately, my father died when I was 15 and left a good interest in The Mine and about 1000 acres of ranch land he had bought between Carbondale and Aspen, Colorado. Within 6 months of my father's death the people in control of my father's estate and company, Rimledge Uranium and Mining Corp., began liquidating all that he had spent a lifetime accumulating. This included a ranch on the Roaring Fork River. The Waldorf School now occupies the ranch house of that ranch. An 800 acre ranch on Missouri Heights was purchased and subdivided by others over the years. These two ranches were near Carbondale, Colorado. He had acquired several rich gold ore claims near Ely, Nevada, and of course, a major interest in the Louise Mine. But as one stands on a bridge, looking down at the sparkling, rippling water of God's cool creation, one thinks many thoughts. When I saw and thought what had happened, at some point in my life, I ceased to dwell on it all and the water with the ugy images passed under the bridge and went further down stream and the thought of, the sight of, and, "as we strut and fret our hour upon The Stage" all, all of it was heard.....no more....................
In years past I earned a B.A. from Arizona State University, with my freshman year being spent at Colorado College. I studied graduate business at Southern Methodist University for one year as a regular student in good standing. I earned The Masters at Texas Woman's University in Library and Information Studies.
In 1981 I went on a trip to the tip of South America, by land, bus, boat and train. I entered Costa Rica in 1981 and did not leave until 1990. I became a legal resident of Costa Rica in 1990 with permission to work there. It was/is as close to Paradise on Earth as I have encountered. Upon arriving in that country I opened a real estate office and advertised in the Denver Post "Best Kept Secret in The World." My real estate office was on the second floor with a nice balcony. (When the Pope, John Paul II visited San Jose, Costa Rica, in 1983his entourage turned right below my balcony. I may be one of the few people on the planet to have ever waved to the Pope from MY balcony. This is a fact with no disrespect intended.) No one came. I told friends in Durango and Glenwood Springs, Colorado. No one believed me. No one came. I tried to get the Government Tourist Bureau of Costa Rica interested in making a film to promote tourism. I wrote Public Broadcasting Corporation in Boston with my proposal for a film and asked for funding. I could not persuade any of them. The rest is history.
When I was there one could have purchased 100 miles of beautiful beach front extending inland a mile or so on the Pacific side of the country for 10 million dollars. Now it would be worth several more millions as you would know if you have been there recently. If you think the biographical material I have provided here is "bragging," think again. I have had the vision but failed to persuade anyone to go along with my vision. That could be considered humiliation and failure. We do not live forever, so hopefully this attempt will succeed. As Marcus Aurelius, The Roman Emperor wrote, "Do not live your life as though you had a thousand years." I wish I would have read that 500 years ago (well, 40 anyway).........I have provided this material about myself to persuade the reader and a potential buyer/investor that my life time judgement concerning investing in certain kinds of things is visionary but good and sound. Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote the following towards the end of his Essay on Self-Reliance: "Whoso would be a man must be a nonconformist. ...Nothing can bring you peace but yourself. Nothing can bring you peace but the triumph of principles." These words have for the most and better part of my life guided my thoughts and actions. In the eyes of God I am the lesser of the least because of my past sins. In the eyes of Men I am just plain "eccentric."
GOLD MINING PROJECT................................................................
The last 10 years I have spent acquiring these two properties, discussed within this website, as well as some other patented and unpatented mining claims containing Iridium, Platinum and Gold, as well as other minerals. These properties are owned by "Silverton Gold L.L.C.," which consists of 1000 units and of which entity I am sole owner and manager. In March of 2010 "Silverton Gold L.L.C." acquired 62 acres of very rich gold reserves so I am very much open to accepting investors at this time to commence the process leading to mining the gold. The Gold King Mine tunnel is about a 1/4 mile from my claims. In the last part of the 19th and the early part of the 20th century they mined 345,000 ounces of gold in that mine.
In 2008 Colorado Goldfields performed exploratory drilling and they project that there are reserves of 406,000 ounces of gold left to be mined in their 170 acres of The Gold King property. Colorado Goldfields no longer owns that property. It is now owned by a Mr. Todd Hennis or entities with whom he is associated. My 62 acres (The Senator Hanna Group), pictured below, are 1/4 mile from those 406,000 ounces of gold reserves which are within the confines of The Upper Gold King, the reserves referred to above are in Bonita Peak. My 62 acres are directly south of Bonita Peak.........Based on all of that, the geology, the mineralization, the proximity of my claims, I estimate that CONSERVATIVELY, AT A MINIMUM, I have 100,000 ounces of gold to be mined at today's price of that rare metal. Historically, in this area of mining in the San Juan Mountains, 20 ounces per ton of silver was not uncommon. With an average of lower grade gold ore, 1/10 ounce per ton, plus 20 ounces of silver per ton consider this: $2,000 per ounce for gold and $30 per ounce for silver. 100,000 ounces of gold times 10 for the number of tons (per gold ounce) to mine that quantity of gold, times 20 for the number of ounces of Silver per ton would equal $600,000,000 for the Silver and $200,000,000 for the gold. (At $5,000 per ounce gold and $300 per ounce silver that would be $6.5 billion-QE3, 4, 5-down the road to hyperinflation?). The amount of investment I would need to begin development of this property would be far less than the above projected profit, which could/would be realized over the next 20 years........ Again, I would consider selling some units of "Silverton Gold L.L.C." to the right party. That 62 acre gold property is pictured below.......................None of the properties or projects offered for sale or partnership on this website were the product of inheritance. They were all the fruit of my own ingenuity, effort and vision. This property is for sale outright for 7 million dollars. To get an idea of what is going on in the Silverton area with its steady "rebirth of mining," look to a recent article about the mining of silver in the area: http://www.watchnewspapers.com/view/full_story/17298576/article-Revenue-Virginius-Silver-Mine-May-Reopen-Near-Ouray?instance=home_news_bullets
Also, as of Spring, 2013, Caldera Mineral Resources LLC is now moving towards ropening the famed Camp Bird Mine between Ouray and Silverton...............................
According to Colorado Goldfields, The Pride of the West Mill, outside Silverton, will start processing gold and silver ore in June of 2013......................................................
I am seeking qualified investors, of good repute, for this rich Gold-Silver-Precious metals property acquired by my company, "Silverton Gold L.L.C.," in 2010. It is surrounded by historical mining operations a 1/4 mile away (The Upper Gold King Mine)that have actually mined in the past century and also have proven current reserves, combined (of gold already mined and reserves)in excess of 700,000 ounces of gold. The first thing I need to do is to construct a road to where the gold is visually locatable in the form of outcroppings of gold ore. Conservatively, I think I have a minimum of 100,000 ounces of Gold and 20,000,000 ounces of Silver without, as yet, having drilled to determine the actual reserves. $300,000 is what is needed to build the road (across private land with an existing easement). I have spoken with the County Administrator and the County Planner and was/am assured that a permit for the road and structures to house mining personnel and equipmentat the end of the road will not be a problem. The investor with this initial and critical amount of capital will acquire 6 percent of the company. Each unit/share of outstanding company units is equivalent to .001 percent of the company with a total of 1000 units/shares. One of these shares, individually, is $10,000 and when redeemed in the future, according the Articles of Organization and Operating Agreement, for the share value, will be payable in gold, silver or currency. My company is a closely held, private company and the shares (units) are not for sale on any stock exchanges, or publicly or specifically offered, for various reasons. This information does not constitute a "public offering" and "Silverton Gold L.L.C." is not a publicly traded company. I am making available limited information for the interest of private discussions to ensue at the volition of individuals themselves between parties who may have an interest in such an investment opportunity wherein there is SUBSTANTIAL RISK involved but wherein there is also very substantial potential reward for investment involved. Another company of mine, "IPG 789 L.L.C.," is acquiring properties in Uranium and Rare Earth metals..............
